About Us
Heather Berry's love for music began at an early age. As a child she became attached to the sounds of the A.P, Maybelle and Sarah, the Carter Family. Her roots in traditional music from her home state also extended from the Stanley Brothers and the duo of Don Reno and Red Smiley. The guitar, autoharp and her angelic voice are her instruments.

History
At the age of 12 years old Heather started to perform with groups such as the Lewis Family, Charlie Waller & the Country Gentlemen, and the Easter Brothers. Over time she recorded several projects including a tribute to Waller. Recently relocated to North Carolina, Heather is a Blue Circle Recording Artist. Check out her latest release "To a Dove"

The sky is the limit with this young lady's talent.

Tony Mabe, on banjo and vocals, was born and raised in Walnut Cove, North Carolina. His love for music began at the early age of 4 years old when he started playing Southern Gospel style piano. Now at the age of 20, his instrumental abilities include banjo, upright bass, guitar, mandolin, autoharp, and piano. He says that his biggest influences are Earl Scruggs, Don Reno, Jimmy Mills, Allan Shelton, and Mother Maybelle Carter. Tony's played for former bluegrass boy and legend Bobby Atkins and the Countrymen (when he was only 14 years old) and also with Blue Circle Recording Artist, the Jeanette Williams Band. I'm sure once you hear him, you'll agree that Tony is one of the very best traditional style banjo players in bluegrass today! And his singin' aint too shabby either! Heather and Tony have been married for one year and reside in Meadows, North Carolina outside of Walnut Cove.

Heather Berry and Dominion Grass are currently traveling and promoting their new CD, "To A Dove." They are showing audiences throughout the region, that there's much, much more to come from Heather Berry and Dominion Grass.
